Each session, poem, or piece of channeled work from mija of moon is a unique energetic exchange — a living piece of art and spirit. Because of the personal and intuitive nature of these offerings, all sales are final.

Once a session, reading, or custom creation has been booked or begun, no refunds or returns will be issued. This honors the time, energy, and preparation that go into each experience.

If you need to reschedule a live session, please reach out at least 24 hours in advance, and I’ll do my best to find a new time that works for both of us.

Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations cannot be refunded or transferred.

If there is ever an issue with your order (for example, a delivery concern or missing email), please contact me directly at mijaofmoon@gmail.com, and I’ll be happy to help resolve it.
