Terms of Service
Effective Date: 01/01/2026
By booking services through www.mijaofmoon.com or the Acuity booking platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Booking & Scheduling
Availability: The availability listed on www.mijaofmoon.com and Acuity reflects the first available appointment times.
How to Book: All appointments must be booked through the Acuity scheduling system.
Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email upon successful booking with appointment details and a link to manage your appointment.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Rescheduling (24+ Hours Notice): You may reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance using the link provided in your confirmation email at no charge.
Rescheduling (Within 24 Hours): If you need to reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, please email mijaofmoon@gmail.com as soon as possible. I understand that emergencies occur and will accommodate when possible, though your deposit may be forfeited.
No-Shows: Clients who miss their appointment without notice are responsible for paying the full price of the service booked. You may not book again until the balance is paid.
Late Arrivals: There is a 10-minute grace period for appointments. If you arrive 10 minutes or more late, your session may be canceled without refund, and you are welcome to rebook at full price. Services that begin late due to client tardiness will not extend past the scheduled appointment time.
3. Payment & Refunds
Payment: Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.
Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable and hold your reserved appointment time.
Completed Services: All completed services are non-refundable due to the time and energy reserved exclusively for you.
Practitioner Cancellations: If I need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
4. Session Policies
Session Recording: I encourage you to video or audio record your session, you will have the option to do so via Zoom or you can use another device if preferred. The recording may be used for personal use only and may not be shared, distributed or reproduced in any way.
Session Coverage: mija of moon does not guarantee that all topics or questions will be covered in a single session. Spiritual work is inherently unpredictable, and outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Conduct: Respectful and appropriate behavior is expected from all clients. mija of moon reserves the right to end a session immediately without refund if client behavior is disrespectful, inappropriate, or threatening.
5. Nature of Services
All spiritual readings, energy work, and creative offerings, whether in-person, online, or asynchronous, are intended for entertainment, reflection, complementary, and personal growth purposes only.
These services are NOT:
Legal, financial, medical, psychiatric, or other professional advice
A substitute for licensed professional services
Guaranteed to produce specific results or outcomes
You are responsible for your own decisions and actions based on the guidance received.
6. Communication
Preferred Contact: Please direct all scheduling, booking, payment, and refund correspondence via email only: bella@mijaofmoon.com
Response Time: I will respond to emails within 24-48 business hours unless otherwise noted.
7. General Terms
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, mija of moon, its practitioner, and any associated parties shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, injuries, or claims of any kind arising from or related to services provided. This includes but is not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. The total liability of mija of moon for any claims shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Right to Refuse Service: mija of moon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
Age Requirement: All clients must be at least 18 years of age to book services.
Modifications: These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. Continued use of booking services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Colorado.
